Job Summary
Nature’s Resort is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Manager to support digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, branding, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about marketing and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content including reels, posts, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Generate leads for resort bookings, day outings, family events, corporate outings, and celebrations.
- Assist in running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate with photographers, influencers, and content creators.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-up activities.
- Promote special packages, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement and online reviews.
- Support branding and offline promotional activities.
- Conduct local field marketing activities to promote the resort.
- Visit nearby towns, colleges, schools, businesses, and corporate offices for promotional campaigns and partnership opportunities.
- Attend marketing events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
- Travel to the resort whenever required for meetings, content creation, campaign execution, customer interactions, and operational coordination.
- Be available for on-site marketing activities during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons whenever necessary.

Qualification
- Any Degree (BBA, BBM, , MBA, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
