Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, or customers.
- Explain pharmaceutical products, their benefits, and promotional offers.
- Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with field sales representatives and distributors.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of calls and orders.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
- Customer service orientation.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree(any stream with good communication skills.)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
