Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Pharmacy In-Charge to oversee and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient medication management, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and adherence to the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and medication dispensing.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, stock audits, and expiry control.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and hospital quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to support effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, inventory management, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, or multispecialty hospitals is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
