Export Sales Executive – International Sales
We are looking for a motivated and confident Export Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling international customers through digital communication channels, generating and following up on leads, preparing quotations, and coordinating customer orders.
This is an office-based digital sales role. No field sales or travelling is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international customers through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and generate sales from online leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential international customers.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and other basic sales documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, pricing, orders, and shipments.
- Maintain customer and sales records using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and shipment requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn about international sales and export procedures.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
