Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly trustworthy Part-Time Financial Analyst to support executive-level financial operations. This role primarily involves managing the CEO’s credit accounts, overseeing company payments, and assisting HR with timekeeping and payroll oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile the CEO’s credit card accounts and expense reports
- Process and track company payments (vendors, contractors, and recurring obligations)
- Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely disbursements
- Assist HR in reviewing employee timekeeping and payroll for accuracy
- Support HR with payroll-related reporting and compliance checks
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Assist with financial reporting and documentation as needed
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Track and follow up on key action items, projects, and executive priorities.
- Organize and maintain confidential executive files, contracts, and company records.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and employees, clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Coordinate company events, executive meetings, and board-related activities.
- Assist with policy implementation and ensure administrative processes are followed.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries to support executive decision-making.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO.
- Monitor office operations and assist in improving administrative efficiency.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, services, and operational resources.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards for executive review.
- Perform other administrative, operational, and executive support duties as assigned.
- Report directly to the CEO and provide proactive support to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial analysis and executive assistant, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or payroll oversight
- Strong understanding of payment processing and payroll principles
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
