Job Title: Team Manager – B2C Outbound Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Lead – B2B Outbound Sales to manage and lead a team of sales executives in a hardcore outbound sales environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and productivity.
Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies.
Handle lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline management by the team.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding and support.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in B2B outbound sales.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead handling a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in hardcore outbound sales processes is mandatory.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and team management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline.
Candidates from pure BPO/customer support backgrounds will not be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in corporate sales, IT sales, or SaaS sales.
