Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import & Export Documentation Executive to manage and coordinate all shipping and logistics documentation activities for international trade operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of freight forwarding processes, customs documentation, and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify import and export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL/AWB, delivery orders, and customs documents.
- Coordinate with airlines, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents for smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade procedures.
- Track shipments and maintain timely updates with clients and internal teams.
- Handle documentation for sea, air, and road shipments.
- Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and operational files accurately.
- Follow up for shipment status, approvals, and document submissions.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
- Support billing and operational coordination activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in import/export documentation or freight forwarding operations.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with ICEGATE, DGFT, and logistics software is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.

- Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
