Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Civil Engineers to join our team as Trainee- Site Supervisors/Site Engineers. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing the installation of new elevators, conducting shaft measurements, coordinating with teams according to the drawings, taking care of site measurements, and responsible for client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the installation of new elevators at client sites.
· Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accurate elevator installation.
· Coordinate with the design team to review and interpret drawings for installation.
· Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards during installation activities.
· Oversee the construction activities related to elevator shafts and associated civil works.
· Monitor and inspect the quality of workmanship and materials used during installation.
· Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
· Prepare and maintain documentation related to site activities, including reports and records.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to different project sites within Delhi NCR.
