Student Support Intern (Study Abroad Consultancy)

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven graduates to join our team as Student Support Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in the study abroad industry, where you'll assist students throughout their overseas education journey while developing communication, coordination, and client support skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with study abroad enquiries and provide basic guidance.
- Follow up with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Support counsellors in student documentation and application processes.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with students to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Provide excellent customer support and respond to student queries promptly.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly targets related to follow-ups and student support.
- Work closely with the team to achieve branch goals and improve student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
