About the Role:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with project goals.

The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather business requirements for various projects

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed and accurate requirements
-
Analyse collected information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential challenges
-
Create clear and concise requirement documents, including functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories
-
Assist in prioritisation and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
-
Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements
-
Support the resolution of requirement-related conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle
-
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
-
Maintain and update the requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle
-
Analyze current business processes ("As-Is") and design optimized future-state workflows ("To-Be").

Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Create high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specifications.
