Job Title: Accountant
Location: MG Road, Ernakulam
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting software and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers
- Manage GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Handle TDS calculations and filings
- Process online payment transfers and maintain transaction records
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist with financial reporting and documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
Requirements:
- Experience in Tally accounting software
- Knowledge of GST filing and TDS procedures
- Familiarity with online banking and payment transfers
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Male or Female candidates can apply
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates residing in Ernakulam District
- Prior accounting experience in trading or distribution companies is an advantage
