Job Description for Plumbing and Fire fighting Manager Design
1. Experience in designing for Plumbing systems (Water supply, Drainage , Sewer, Hot water, etc ), Firefighting systems (Hydrant, Sprinklers , Extinguishers , Gas suppressions etc), Plumbing and Firefighting Pump room.
2. Experience of working on airport projects , Large scale projects will be an added advantage.
3. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards NBC, NFPA, IS, etc.
4. Knowledge of working with AutoCAD Xref etc.
5. Knowledge of Revit to guide the Team members for design flow.
6. BOQ Preparation and Quantity Takeoff.
7. Experience in client handling, Coordination (Internal, External, with site team, vendors etc).
8. Knowledge of MS word, excel, etc.
Quality.
1. Able to handle team of designers & outside stake holders
2. Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
