Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors with a warm and professional approach.
2. Assist senior executives during customer consultations and styling sessions.
3. Present jewelry collections and explain product features and styling suggestions.
4. Support store operations, including inventory checks, packaging, billing coordination, and customer follow-ups.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and overall store presentation.
6. Assist with custom orders, sizing requests, and post-sale support.
7. Follow store procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
8. Attend training sessions on jewelry, styling, and customer communication.
Other requirements:
1. 0–1 year of experience; internships, campus roles, or volunteering are an added advantage.
2. Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
3. Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.
4. Willingness to learn about diamonds, gold standards, jewelry, and styling.
5. Interested in building a long-term career in luxury retail or client service.
6. Willing to work on weekends and festive days.
7. Well-groomed with a professional attitude and appearance.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
