Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Duties:
- Ensure cleanliness of office premises including reception area, cabins, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing of office spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, equipment, and office fixtures.
- Ensure washrooms are clean, hygienic, and adequately stocked with required supplies.
- Dispose of waste regularly and maintain proper waste segregation.
- Monitor and inform regarding housekeeping material requirements.
Front Office Support:
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and arrangement of the reception/front office area.
- Greet visitors courteously and inform concerned staff about their arrival.
- Offer basic assistance to visitors as required.
- Maintain visitor register or support front office staff when needed.
- Ensure drinking water area and reception area are clean and presentable at all times.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic understanding of housekeeping practices.
- Polite and courteous behaviour with visitors and employees.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
Qualification:
- Minimum: SSLC
- Should be able to read and write english
- Prior housekeeping/front office experience will be an added advantage.
