About the Role
We are looking for a talented and user-focused UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to
create intuitive, engaging, and meaningful digital experiences across web and mobile
platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong UX fundamentals, a passion for solving
user problems, and the ability to translate business requirements into seamless user
journeys.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and stakeholders to
design experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Participate in user research activities including interviews, surveys, feedback sessions, and usability studies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify industry best practices.
- Analyses user behavior, pain points, and business requirements to define design opportunities.
- Assist in creating personas, journey maps, and user scenarios.
UX Design & Interaction Design
- Create user flows, task flows, information architecture, and wireframes.
- Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve usability.
- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Translate business and product requirements into user-cantered design solutions.
- Ensure consistency across screens and user journeys.
Usability & Optimization
- Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Validate design solutions through testing and data-driven insights.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Business Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product discussions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders.
Design Systems & Accessibility
- Follow established design systems, UI standards, and UX guidelines.
- Contribute to design libraries and reusable components.
- Ensure responsive behaviour across devices and screen sizes.
- Design solutions that adhere to accessibility and usability standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and case studies.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Good understanding of:

o Accessibility Principles
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on SaaS, enterprise, or customer-facing digital products.
- Familiarity with Design Systems and component-based design.
- Exposure to UX research methodologies and usability testing.
- Understanding of data-driven design decisions and product metrics.
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-powered experiences, personalization, or gamification concepts is an added advantage.
