- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and nurture high-quality leads through field activities, referrals, and company-provided data
- Conduct site visits and customer consultations to assess energy needs
- Recommend tailored rooftop solar solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Educate homeowners about solar benefits, ROI, subsidies, and long-term savings
- Simplify technical information for customers in a clear and compelling manner
- Drive end-to-end sales closure while maintaining ethical selling practices
- Maintain strong follow-up rigor and pipeline ownership in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, installation) to ensure smooth project execution
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Represent Arkahub’s brand values of trust and transparency in every interaction
Expectations for the role
- 1 - 5 years of experience in solar sales, renewable energy, or high-value consultative selling
- Strong knowledge of rooftop solar solutions (preferred not mandatory)
- Proven track record in lead conversion and target achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management capability
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with field sales
- Fluency in regional language (Kannada for Bengaluru) is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or an relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
