- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems accurately.
- Managed payroll processing, including salary administration and statutory compliance (ESIC & EPFO)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staff allocation.
- Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Conduct orientation sessions and assist in training coordination for staff development.
- Manage staff accommodation and ensure proper allocation and maintenance.
- Ensure the staff cafeteria's hygiene, food quality, and operations are maintained as per company standards with the support of the Head Chef and Operations Manager.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally.
- Ensure adherence to grooming, code of conduct, and workplace ethics.
- Maintain monthly HR report.
- Coordinate with Management for recruitment, appraisals, and HR operations.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with the brand values of Daspan House.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
