Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) with Special Education specialization from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience working with children with special educational needs in a school or educational setting.

Job Summary
The Special Educator will be responsible for supporting students with diverse learning needs by developing individualized education plans (IEPs), implementing specialized teaching strategies, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure academic, social, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess students' learning abilities, challenges, and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student requirements.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction using evidence-based teaching methods.
- Adapt curriculum, learning materials, and assessments to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to promote inclusive education practices.
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, counselors, and therapists to support student development.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
- Stay updated on best practices, educational technologies, and special education regulations.

Pay: ₹20,895.66 - ₹30,248.91 per month
