Define and manage the overall testing strategy for Assurance Tower capabilities. Establish testing standards, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria across the agent lifecycle.
Oversee planning and execution of functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and non-functional testing. Ensure validation of agent controls, risk assessments, compliance requirements, and governance processes.
Coordinate testing activities across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders. Monitor test progress, defects, risks, and quality metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement of testing frameworks, automation, and assurance processes. Support production readiness reviews and release approvals. Key Skills & Experience Strong experience leading enterprise testing programs and QA governance. Experience managing testing across complex technology platforms.
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Understanding of AI/GenAI testing, risk controls, model validation, and responsible AI principles is desirable.
Pay: ₹8,145.66 - ₹15,000.00 per day
