We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for our E-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, order processing, dispatch management, and team coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently
- Handle inventory management, stock updates, and stock audits
- Supervise order picking, packing, dispatch, and return management
- Ensure timely processing and shipment of E-commerce orders
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
- Maintain proper warehouse records and documentation
- Monitor product quality and warehouse safety standards
- Manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
- Track inventory movement and minimize stock discrepancies
- Ensure smooth inward and outward material handling
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience
- Good knowledge of E-commerce warehouse operations
- Experience in inventory and stock management
- Ability to manage warehouse staff and operations efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in E-commerce, logistics, or supply chain industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹16,570.44 - ₹30,000.00 per month
