Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer for a solar project to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at site. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and implementing safety procedures effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation & submission of safety reports to office and clients
- Conduct toolbox talks, induction training & mock drills regularly
- Ensure occupational health & safety management at site
- Provide first aid facilities for workers and staff
- Maintain safety records for audits and compliance
- Monitor and control waste disposal and environmental pollution
- Ensure adherence to safety standards across all project activities
Requirements:
- Diploma in Industrial Safety
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Solar/Wind Projects (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of site safety practices
- Experience in handling audits and compliance
- Ability to manage safety operations independently
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
