We are seeking a highly sophisticated, articulate, and performance-driven Senior Sales Consultant with an established track record in ultra-luxury furniture, bespoke interior setups, or high-end architectural products.
The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our luxury brand, managing the entire lifecycle of high-ticket sales. You will be responsible for consulting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, prominent architects, and top-tier interior designers. This role requires a unique blend of exceptional aesthetic taste, relationship management, and the technical aptitude to understand customized, high-end interior curation.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Value Client Consultation & Sales Closure
- Engage walk-in HNIs/UHNIs and premium project clients, guiding them through our collections with a consultative, storytelling approach.
- Understand complex client requirements regarding luxury lifestyle, aesthetics, and space utilization to recommend bespoke furniture and turnkey interior solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and showroom revenue targets by closing high-ticket deals.
2. Architect & Interior Designer (A&D) Networking
- Build, nurture, and leverage a robust network of top-tier architects, interior designers, and luxury builders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external design partners, assisting them in sourcing products for their premium residential and commercial projects.
3. Project Management & Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to translate a client’s vision into reality.
- Review, interpret, and discuss basic floor plans, layouts, and material palettes with clients (ability to understand AutoCAD or 3D renders is a major plus).
- Oversee the sales cycle from the initial design consultation and site measurements through to manufacturing updates, final delivery, and white-glove installation.
4. Brand Ambassador & CRM Management
- Maintain an immaculate showroom environment that reflects the brand's ultra-luxury status.
- Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track client pipelines, preferences, follow-ups, and post-sales relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience exclusively in ultra-luxury furniture, high-end modular kitchens/wardrobes, premium lighting, or luxury interior decor.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or Interior Design/Architecture (highly preferred).
- Network: An active, existing network of prominent interior designers and architects in the region is a massive advantage.

- Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, well-groomed presentation. Ability to converse effortlessly with corporate leaders and high-profile clients.
- Design & Material Acumen: Deep knowledge of premium materials (e.g., exotic woods, high-end marbles, luxury fabrics, Italian leathers) and current global interior design trends.
- Negotiation & Closing: Mastery over long-cycle sales, high-value negotiations, and subtle closing techniques without compromising brand value.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle complex customizations, specific dimensions, and detailed quotation structures accurately.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
