Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Haridwar and Dehradun. The role involves developing relationships with schools, preschools, daycare centers, architects, interior designers, builders, and parents while promoting Mumtree’s PlayLab solutions, play equipment, and furniture products.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities across schools, preschools, and educational institutions.
- Promote Mumtree PlayLab solutions, wooden play equipment, and educational furniture.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Channel & Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with school owners, principals, and management teams.
- Engage with architects, interior designers, and commercial project consultants.
- Coordinate with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Represent Mumtree at exhibitions, educational events, and networking opportunities.
Market Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities in Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh, Roorkee, and nearby regions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with design and production teams for project execution.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to installation.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 3–8 years of sales experience.
- Experience in educational products, furniture, play equipment, construction materials, interiors, or B2B sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with local travel.

- Monthly sales revenue.
- Number of school meetings conducted.
- New institutional accounts acquired.
- Lead-to-order conversion ratio.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000+ per month (based on experience)
