Job Description – Senior E-Commerce ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage our Shopify website, e-commerce marketplaces, online operations, and e-commerce team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify website, including products, collections, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage product listings and operations across e-commerce marketplaces and sales channels.
- Monitor and manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and fulfillment-related issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, marketing, design, and technical teams.
- Manage, guide, and monitor the E-Commerce team and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor sales, product performance, inventory, and return data.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Have a basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads and coordinate with the marketing team.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance, sales, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online sales channels.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of order processing, fulfillment, returns, and refunds.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
