Homestin Interiors & Constructions is looking for an experienced Civil & Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and material take-offs for residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, interior finishing works, modular furniture, and project costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and interior projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Generate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Prepare customer quotations and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations for materials and subcontractor works.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Update costing databases and maintain estimation records.
- Assist the sales team with project pricing and proposal preparation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil and interior estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Good understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, and modular furniture.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential villa, apartment, and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of project budgeting and procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
