Job Description:
MicroCare ENT Super Speciality Hospitals is looking for an experienced and patient-focused Telecalling Executive to support our appointment booking and patient engagement services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in healthcare or service-based telecalling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service inquiries
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about ENT services and treatments
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments efficiently
- Maintain patient call records and update CRM or hospital systems regularly
- Follow up with leads generated from digital marketing and hospital campaigns
- Explain hospital services, consultation processes, and offers clearly and politely
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through professional communication
- Coordinate with front desk and medical teams for smooth patient flow
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Minimum 1+ year of telecalling experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, or hospital management systems
- Polite, patient-friendly, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet daily targets
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
