The Associate Warranty Claims is responsible for end to end processing of customer warranty claims, supplier claim recovery, financial reconciliation, reporting, and competitive warranty intelligence. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement of the warranty process across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Processing
Process accepted and rejected customer claims within 24 hours of report receipt.
Ensure no duplicate claims are processed.
Maintain credit note cancellation or modification rate below 0.1 percent.
Supplier Claims and Reimbursements
Submit monthly claims to suppliers with supporting documentation and images.
Follow up to secure reimbursements.
Maintain minimum 95 percent supplier acceptance rate.
Finance Reconciliation
Coordinate with Finance to record credit notes received from suppliers.
Reconcile customer claims, supplier credits, and finance records monthly.
Ensure accurate closure of monthly claim figures.
Reporting and Dashboard Management
Maintain a claims dashboard with relevant metrics and insights.
Share daily, month to date, and year to date reports.
Competitive Intelligence
Research warranty offerings of at least four competitor brands across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 segments in PCLT and TBR across North America, Europe, and South America.
Provide comparison analysis and recommendations to strengthen our product offerings.
Competitor Promotions Tracking
Monitor competitor promotions and marketing activities across key regions and segments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. 2 to 4 years experience in claims, warranty, operations, or finance coordination.
PowerPoint Presentation skills and AI tool knowledge like; Claude, ChatGPT etc.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in advance Excel and reporting tools. Strong communication and follow up skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
