Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Associate – Data Annotator to support data annotation and project coordination activities. The role involves labeling, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality datasets to support AI/ML model development while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data annotation, labeling, tagging, and categorization across text, image, audio, or video datasets.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of annotated data as per project guidelines.
- Review and validate annotated outputs to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for project execution and updates.
- Track project progress and maintain documentation and reports.
- Identify annotation issues and escalate challenges to relevant teams.
- Support training and onboarding of annotators on project requirements.
- Monitor productivity and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with project standards.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance annotation quality and efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of data annotation tools and workflows.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, Content Moderation, or Project Coordination.
- Experience handling annotation projects is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with image, text, audio, or video annotation.
- Experience with QA processes and dataset management.
- Understanding of project coordination and reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
