The Role
As an IT Associate, you will contribute to the stability and evolution of our technical infrastructure. You will engage in a cross-functional capacity, bridging the gap between sophisticated UI design and robust backend systems administration. We value precision, clean code, and proactive problem-solving.
Core Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize Linux-based server environments to ensure peak operational performance.
Interface Excellence: Develop and refine responsive, high-fidelity user interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and UI design principles.
Technical Deployment: Manage application lifecycles, ensuring seamless deployment and server-side stability.
Strategic Support: Facilitate technical continuity across departments, managing hardware resources and troubleshooting complex systems.
Professional Requirements (Optional)
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in the MERN stack, with a strong emphasis on front-end architecture (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Design Sophistication: An eye for clean typography and modern UI/UX workflows.
Systems Knowledge: Comfortable navigating Linux/Ubuntu environments and managing server configurations (Nginx, SSH).
Communication: The ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly within a professional corporate framework.
