Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and appointments.
- Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support to counselors and management.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and other stakeholders.
- Handle office supplies, documentation, and general office upkeep.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in front office, administration, or customer service.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
