We are seeking a skilled software developer to help with the development of projects within the Account Lifecycle Management domain, that span different technologies and requirements. You will be working with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.
A software developer's day involves attending a morning stand-up meeting, reviewing code, working on complex coding tasks, collaborating with team members, and participating in design and architecture discussions. They also attend meetings like sprint planning and retrospectives, monitor project progress, deploy code, and mentor junior developers. By the end of the day, they review their progress, update documentation, and prepare for the next day's tasks.
Responsibilities

Develop and support batch ETL jobs using Informatica and PySpark under established LPL design standards.

Build and maintain Airflow workflows for batch job scheduling and orchestration.

Implement data transformations, validations, and reconciliation logic for large datasets.

Partner with senior engineers to enhance performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve job reliability.

Participate in on-call / operational support for batch processing environments as needed.

Follow LPL best practices for documentation, data governance, and production readiness.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with batch ETL development.

Working knowledge of Informatica ETL workflows.

Experience with PySpark or Python-based large data processing.

Familiarity with Apache Airflow concepts (DAGs, operators, scheduling).

Basic understanding of SQL, data warehousing, and batch processing patterns.
