About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Relationship Manager (RM) Intern with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and eager to build strong relationships with clients while supporting the sales and business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with clients and give regular updates about process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident speaking over calls and video meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.
