Position Overview: Doctor Rekha Ayurveda is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and driving sales for our range of Ayurvedic products and services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and field sales experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales for our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and clients
- Meet sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- At least 1 year experience in sales (Ayurveda, Pharma, FMCG, or wellness industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in English language
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
