You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to achieve these objectives, ensuring that the software aligns with the overall goals of the organization.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Java or C#.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
