US Sales Associate – Automotive Engineering Services

Lead outreach, build pipeline, and position Dorleco as a trusted engineering partner for next-gen mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage US OEMs, Tier‑1s, EV and autonomous companies via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Generation: Conduct discovery discussions and map client needs in areas like vehicle dynamics, ADAS, BMS, telematics, and embedded systems.
- Technical Sales: Pitch engineering and software solutions including model-based development, embedded systems, VCU platforms, and simulation tools.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales (prospecting to closure), proposals, and client negotiations.
- Client Growth: Build long-term relationships and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 1–3 years US B2B sales experience in engineering/technology services
- Automotive domain expertise (CAD, CAE, embedded, software, etc.)
- Understanding of EVs, ADAS, controls, BMS, and SDVs
- Strong outbound sales and technical pitching skills
- Fluent communication with US clients; comfortable with US time zones
