We are seeking a passionate and experienced Psychology Teacher for Grade 11 on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons, fostering critical thinking, and creating a supportive learning environment that encourages academic excellence and student participation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Psychology, preferably at the senior secondary (Grade 11/12) level.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Psychology is mandatory. A Master's degree or higher qualification in Psychology or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the relevant curriculum.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Assess, evaluate, and provide timely feedback on student performance.
- Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and discussion.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
