Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Inside Sales Executive to connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, startups, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and corporate decision-makers across India.
The role involves introducing prospective clients to Brand Empower's award platforms, leadership summits, and branding opportunities, generating interest, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Explain Brand Empower's award programs, business summits, and branding opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Share event details, nomination forms, and participation packages via WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and corporate representatives.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable participation packages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and participation.
- Stay updated about upcoming events, award categories, and company offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with CXOs, Founders, Directors, and Senior Management professionals.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, or telecalling is preferred.
