- Manage hiring for plant and office roles (supervisors, engineers, admin staff), conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and oversee employee on boarding process.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, and handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- To strictly maintain and enforce basic company rules and regulations and all employees and workers.
- Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records. Monitor overtime and contract labour records
- Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc.)
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors when required
- Prepare HR reports (attrition, attendance, productivity metrics)
- Support audits and internal reviews.
- Identify training needs for workers and staff
- Organize skill development, safety training, and leadership programs
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
Job Requirements-
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing-related company.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance, and exposure to contract labor management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,391.45 per month
