Position: Facility Manager
Location: Park Street
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a dedicated residential flat. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the property, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendors, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility operations of the dedicated flat.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and other utilities.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and AMC schedules.
- Maintain inventory of consumables and facility assets.
- Handle guest or resident requirements professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements
- Experience as a Facility Manager or in Facility Operations.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve operational issues.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) is preferred.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
