Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchenware products.
- Demonstrate product features and explain usage when required.
- Provide a pleasant and helpful in-store shopping experience.
Sales & Store Support
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote store offers, new arrivals, and premium products.
- Encourage add-on purchases to increase average bill value.
- Assist in billing and processing customer purchases when needed.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain good knowledge of all product categories including:
- cookware
- crockery
- glassware
- kitchen tools
- Explain product features, materials, and benefits clearly to customers.
Store Presentation
- Ensure shelves, counters, and displays are neat and well-stocked.
- Refill merchandise and inform supervisors about low stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
Inventory Support
- Assist with stock receiving and shelving.
- Help with periodic stock checks and inventory management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of retail sales.
- Ability to explain products clearly.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (preferably in homeware or lifestyle retail).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Passion for kitchenware, cooking, or home products is a plus.
