We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- B.Tech candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- 0 – 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
