As we scale, we're looking for an ambitious HR Manager who wants to build an organization—not just manage HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Develop hiring strategies and workforce planning
- Recruit key leadership roles, including:
- Merchandiser
- Fashion Designer
- Marketplace Head
- D2C Head
- Finance Manager
- Operations Team
- Support Functions
- Manage job portals, recruitment partners, and candidate pipelines
- Screen candidates and coordinate founder interviews
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment processes
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Oversee attendance and leave management
- Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle
Organization Building
- Design organizational structures and reporting hierarchies
- Develop HR policies and SOPs
- Build performance management systems
- Implement KPI and goal-based evaluation frameworks
- Support leadership development and succession planning
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a high-performance culture
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Organize learning, recognition, and team engagement programs
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure statutory HR compliance
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants
- Support office administration and facility management
What We're Looking ForMust Have
- 5–10 years of HR experience
- Strong expertise in recruitment and leadership hiring
- Experience working in fast-growing organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership
- Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and best practices
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry
- Experience in retail or manufacturing
- Proven experience building teams and HR processes from scratch
