- Contact customers promptly to follow up on enquiries received through phone, email, website, or social media.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products & services.
- Maintain systematic follow-up to convert enquiries into qualified leads .
- Update and manage customer enquiry details in CRM software.
- Schedule appointments, demos & meetings when required.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth enquiry handling.
- Address basic customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure timely callbacks and follow-ups as per company standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.
- Track enquiry status and ensure proper closure of each enquiry.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly follow-up and performance reports.
