- Job Title: X-Ray Technician
Location: Chromepet, Chennai
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated X-Ray Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital/clinic. In addition to radiology responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to assist with other operational and patient care tasks as assigned by the management, based on organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform X-ray procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Operate, maintain, and perform basic quality checks on X-ray equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff regarding patient care.
- Assist in patient registration, scheduling, and general administrative tasks when required.
- Support nursing and clinical staff with non-specialized patient care activities as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the radiology department and related work areas.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support the efficient functioning of the hospital/clinic.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Radiology or Medical Imaging Technology.
- Valid certification/registration as applicable.
- Experience in operating digital X-ray equipment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible, responsible, and willing to undertake additional duties as required.
Note:
This role requires flexibility. The selected candidate is expected to perform X-ray duties as the primary responsibility and assist with other work assigned by the management in accordance with operational needs and within their competency.
This requirement is for 30 bedded hospital and the salary will be finalised based on your experience and expertise.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
