Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and permanent positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, onboarding, and joining process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and daily status updates.
- Ensure good candidate experience and client coordination.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
- Experience working on positions like Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, D365, Azure, UI Path, Data Engineer, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

- Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

Pay: ₹20,829.77 - ₹43,125.14 per month
