This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist . The specialist will manage and grow clients’ social media accounts across platforms by planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing captions, coordinating with designers, monitoring trends, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement.
The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements to social media strategies. Collaboration with internal teams such as design, content, and account management is essential to ensure consistent messaging and successful digital campaigns.
Preferred Skills
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience executing campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars, writing compelling copy, and collaborating with designers or creators.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic reporting, and using insights to optimize campaigns and content performance.
- Ability to work from our Technopark office, Trivandrum, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or similar environment is preferred; understanding of SEO, basic design tools, and paid advertising (especially Instagram & Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
