About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1.Install, service, and maintain currency counting and sorting machines
2.Diagnose and resolve customer complaints efficiently
3. Provide timely technical support and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Handle production line and technical service activities
5. Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs
6. Coordinate with internal technical teams for effective solutions
7. Maintain service reports and customer records
Qualifications
1.Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or related fields
2. Candidates from other streams with strong electronics knowledge may also apply
Experience
✔ 1 – 4 Years of Experience in Service Engineering or Related Field
Preferred Skills
✔ Knowledge of Currency Counting Machines / Office Automation Equipment
✔ Knowledge of Currency Sorting Machines (Added Advantage)
✔ Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
✔ Customer Service Orientation
✔ Time Management & Prioritization Skills
✔ Team Player with Fast Learning Ability
✔ Hindi Speaking Skills (Added Advantage)
