Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage end-to-end execution of Clean Room Panel Installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring timely and quality project execution as per approved drawings.
The Site Supervisor will act as a key link between the Site Team, Design Department, Production Team, and Clients to ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for project estimation, design development, and drawing preparation.
- Coordinate with clients, HVAC contractors, electrical contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review approved drawings and resolve site-related technical queries in coordination with the Design Team.
- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch Teams regarding material availability, delivery schedules, and shortages.
- Monitor installation activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Maintain records of all site modifications, deviations, and additional work carried out during project execution.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, installation reports, and site updates to the Project Manager/Management.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and obtain necessary work permits from clients before commencing work.
- Verify final site measurements upon project completion and coordinate project handover activities.
- Ensure timely submission of installation completion reports, handover documents, and billing-related information.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Masters preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good understanding of site execution, project coordination, and installation practices.
- Familiarity with industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of clean room systems or modular panel installations will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant site supervision experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude, willingness to travel, and eagerness to learn may also apply.
- Selection will be based on technical knowledge, communication skills, and interview performance.
