Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense claims.
- Prepare and submit tax documents and other regulatory filings.
- Assist with audits and help implement corrective actions.
- Manage invoices and track payments.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
- Working of GST Return and supporting documents for filing the GST Return is must.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years as an Account Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with SAP accounting software.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Competence in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
