About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Insurance Sales Trainer who can drive learning, improve sales capabilities, and enhance the overall performance of our insurance sales team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Insurance Sales Training along with a good understanding of insurance products, sales processes, customer handling, and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for Insurance Sales teams on a regular basis.
- Deliver training on Life / General Insurance products, sales processes, and product features.
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules, presentations, activities, and role plays.
- Train employees on sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Conduct product, process, refresher, and behavioral training programs.
- Identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with Sales & Business teams to understand performance challenges and design targeted training programs.
- Support new-joiner induction and onboarding training.
- Maintain training records, reports, and performance feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Insurance Sales Training.
- Strong understanding of Insurance Sales & Distribution.
- Hands-on experience in training sales teams / insurance advisors / relationship managers / field sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of sales concepts and customer-handling techniques.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and influence sales professionals.
- Confident personality with strong facilitation skills.
- Candidates with experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance training will be preferred.
